FMP have once again showed how good their are when playing in Železnik. Recall that the Panthers outplayed Partizan NIS at this court back in the semifinal series, while now they managed to down Mega Leks in the same Hall!
The game was very close, with many turnarounds, but at the end the hosts used their trademark weapon to make the crucial run. Three-pointers.
Filip Čović scored two consecutive 3-pts shots in the middle of the last quarter to return the lead to FMP, then Ognjen Dobrić added one more long range shot, while Aleksandar Bursać made the last one on 60 seconds before the end of the game for - 87:77. In that moment it was clear that FMP will win this match and tie the overall score in the series.
Game 3 is scheduled for Wednesday, June 8, and Mega Leks will be the host of that match.
