Sterle suspended and fined due to filed report by referees

KK Zadar assistant coach Franko Sterle, that had a role of the acting head coach in the game against Cibona in Zagreb will not be allowed to lead his team from the bench in forthcoming game in the twelfth round of the ABA League.

KK Zadar assistant coach Franko Sterle, that had a role of the acting head coach in the game against Cibona in Zagreb will not be allowed to lead his team from the bench in forthcoming game in the twelfth round of the ABA League.

Due to improper behaviour towards the referees during the 11th round game and due to filed report by the referees on the coach, the ABA League Sports Director has reached a decision to sanction KK Zadar acting head coach Franko Sterle with a one-game ban from his head coach duties in accordance with the article 73.4 of the League’s propositions.

Also, due to filed report on the coach by the referees after the 11th round game, Franko Sterle has been fined in accordance with the article 73.4 of the League's propositions.
