RWBL: Semi-final tournament takes place in Zagreb
ABA League and its clubs continue to support the Regional Wheelchair Basketball League, which will have its semi-final tournament taking place in Zagreb on Sunday, the same day that the decisive third game of the Semi-final series of Cedevita and Partizan NIS will take place in the Capital of Croatia.
The hosts of the tournament will be KKI Zagreb, the fourth placed team of the Group A in the regular season of the Regional Wheelchair Basketball League.
ABA League and its clubs have been supporting the competition throughout the season and it is no different this time. Before the beginning of the tournament, the players will be welcomed and addressed by the ABA League Director Krešimir Novosel and will also be visited by Cibona senior team players Emir Sulejmanović and Paolo Marinelli.
Teams Slovenija, KKI Zagreb, KKK Singidunum and RSV Kärnten are fighting for places between 5. and 8., while KIK Una Sana, KKI Vrbas, Castelvecchio and KIK Zmaj are still in a race for the championship trophy.
The final tournament will take place in Novo mesto on 22 April.
