Eight players from ABA League to Slovenian national team

Slovenia National Team head coach Igor Kokoškov has presented the preliminary squad of his team ahead of the forthcoming EuroBasket 2017. There are nine players that played in the ABA League this season on it, eight of which have also completed their seasons in the regional competition.

It is now clear which players are the candidates to appear in the Slovenia national team jersey at the EuroBasket 2017 tournament. Eight of them are coming from the ABA League (3 from Krka. 2 from Union Olimpija and one each from Cedevita, Igokea and Mega Leks), while one of them began the season in the ABA League and finished it with Ilirija Ljubljana, Žan Mark Šiško.
