Josh Bostic inks 1-year deal with Zadar
We have another transfer in ABA League this Wednesday!

It is official! Zadar announced that they signed a 1-year contract with American player Josh Bostic. This 196 cm tall player can cover several positions on the court, which makes him very useful for head coach Aramis Naglić.
"Bostic is a very good player, while his biggest strength is the ability to play on several different positions. Last season he played as a point guard in JuveCaserta, but thanks to his excellent physical abilities he can cover the position of small forward as well. I believe his will be very useful for us," said Zadar head coach Aramis Naglić.
Bostic spent the previous season in Italy where he played for JuveCaserta. Before that he had played for VEF Riga (Latvia), Liege, Mons, Charleroi (Belgium), Chalon (France) and Spartak Saint Petersburg (Russia).
Bostic should make a debut in ABA League next weekend when his team will face FMP.

Američki košarkaš Josh Bostic (196 cm) novi je igrač Zadra. Iskusni 30-godišnjak može igrati na pozicijama beka i niskoga krila, a iza sebe ima zavidno europsko iskustvo.
Prošlu je sezonu igrao u Italiji za momčad Juve Caserta gdje je ostvarivao učinak od 8.4 poena i 3.1 skoka po susretu. Prethodno je igrao za VEF Rigu u Latviji, za belgijske klubove Liege, Mons i Charleroi, francuski Chalon te za ruski Spartak iz Sankt Peterburga.
Trener Aramis Naglić zadovoljan je dolaskom univerzalnog igrača, koji može pokriti deficitarne pozicije 1 i 3.
- Riječ je o kvalitetnom igraču kojemu je najveća vrijednost mogućnost igranja na više pozicija. Lani je igrao organizatora igre u Caserti, a zbog atletskih pozicija može igrati i na poziciji krila. Vjerujem da će nam biti koristan.
Ugovor je potpisan do kraja sezone, s tim da do 31. siječnja 2018. postoji mogućnost obostranog raskida ugovora.
Bostic bi u sastavu Zadra trebao biti već u utakmici 3. kola Hrvatski Telekom Premijer lige protiv Zaboka koja se igra u subotu 21. listopada. ABA-ligaški debi imat će protiv FMP-a, u ponedjeljak 23. listopada.
