BUDUĆNOST VOLI - Krka 81:65 (22:10, 20:18, 14:21, 25:16)
Game recap: When Budućnost VOLI escaped to 33:14 at the first half it looked like that the winner has already been decided. But, Krka refused to surrender that easily and the away side approached to 47:46 in the third quarter! Still, they could not make the full comeback. Budućnost VOLI scored some important baskets and increased the lead to 56:49 before the last period, while then home players dominated the last 10 minutes and recorded a win at the start of the new season.
Key moments: The first one happened right at the 47:46 score when Suad šehović made a three-pointer and got fauled along the way - 51:46. The second one just a few moments later, this time Sead šehović made 2+1 for 56:49 Finally, when Tadija Dragićević scored a three-pointer for 70:58 it was over.
Can't trick the STATS: Both teams made 14 free throws, Krka made one more two-pointer than Budućnost VOLI - 18:17, but read this - Home side made 11 three-pointers, away crew only 5.
