While Cibona and Krka have already secured their spot in the next stage of FIBA Europe Cup, Tajfun still have chances to join them...
The situation is not that simple. For the start, Tajfun need to defeat Bakken Bears today at home court (Wednesday, 17:00 CET). That is the first condition. Then, they need to wait for other results, as only the two best third placed teams in each Conference will qualify for the second stage of the FIBA Europe Cup. Hopefully, at the end of the day, Tajfun will be among them.
At the same time, Cibona and Krka will definitely finish the first stage at the second place in their groups, regardless of the outcome of the last round. On the final day of the first stage Cibona will play against Sopron on the road (Wednesday, 18:00 CET), while Krka face Leiden away (Wednesday, 20:00 CET).
