World Cup Qualifiers: Wins for Croatia and Montenegro

In the 2019 World Cup Qualifiers, Croatia and Montenegro have grabbed new wins, by beating Romania and Slovenia, respectively.

The first round of the 2019 FIBA World Cup is over and Croatia and Montenegro are the two sides that have grabbed new wins. In Group A, in the derby of two ABA League countries, Montenegro have topped Slovenia with the score of 87:74, thanks to their excellent start and finish, as they have won the first quarter by 10 points and last by 11. For the winning side, Nemanja Đurišić scored 23 points, while for Slovenia, Vlatko Čančar, Klemen Prepelič and Luka Rupnik had 15 apiece.

Croatia put on another dominant performance in the Group C, as they have schooled Romania with the score of 90:63 in a game that has been a one-way traffic from the beginning until the end. Dario Šarić was the most efficient with 22 points and he was followed by Ivica Zubac, who had 20.
