BCL: Petrol Olimpija defeated in Strasbourg

In the eighth roundf of the Basketball Champions League season, Petrol Olimpija have suffered a defeat to SIG Strasbourg on the road in France.

In the first game of the second round of the Basketball Champions League season, Petrol Olimpija have been defeated by SIG Strasbourg on the road in Rhenus Sports Hall in Strasbourg.

This keeps the green and white at the bottom of the Group D standings with one triumph grabbed in eight games. The Dragons have resisted the hosts well and haven’t managed them pull away all until the final minutes. In the end, however, the experience and individual quality of SIG Strasbourg have decided and the French have celebrated a win with the score of 81:73.

In the end, Issuf Sanon was the top scorer of Petrol Olimpija with 14 points, while Roko Badžim followed him with 13.
