EC: Partizan score their first win in TOP 16 stage
Partizan NIS scored a very important win against Alba in Belgrade. Cedevita were defeated by Zenit Saint Petersburg on the road.

Partizan NIS have scored their first win in the 2018/19 EuroCup TOP 16 stage by beating Alba Berlin in Belgrade. It is also very important that the black & whites scored a double-digit win, as head to head score with every team in this group might be crucial in the battle for the next stage.
Vanja Marinković was the top scorer in Partizan NIS crew this evening with 14 points, while Alex Renfroe once again did plenty of good thing for the team by dishing 12 assists.
Cedevita failed to get the away win in Saint Petersburg, as they were defeated by Zenit this Wednesday evening. Without their head coach Slaven Rimac, who stayed in Zagreb due to illness, the boys in Orange jerseys had the lead after the 1st quarter, but then the Russian team took over the control over the match and eventually seized a comfortable win.
