Despite playing a really good game in Tel Aviv, Budućnost VOLI were defeated by Maccabi in Round 17 of the 2018/19 EuroLeague regular season.
The reigning ABA League champions had the lead for 3 quarters, however they just ran out of gas in the last 10 minutes. The home side made the crucial 14:4 run in the 4th quarter and seized a valuable win.
It is worth mentioning that Budućnost VOLI point guard Norris Cole has made another impressive performance in the blue jersey by scoring 25 points and grabbing 6 rebounds.
Budućnost VOLI will play their next EuroLeague game already on Friday, when they will host Darussafaka.
