EL: Budućnost VOLI better than Darussafaka

In the 18th round of the EuroLeague regular season, Budućnost VOLI have beaten Darussafaka at home in Morača Sports Hall, Podgorica.

The reigning ABA League champions Budućnost VOLI have beaten Darussafaka at home in Morača Sports Hall in Podgorica and grabbed their fourth EuroLeague win of the season. The Podgorica squad have therefore moved away from the last place of the standings by 2 wins.

The hosts have celebrated a win thanks to their excellent performance in the second half, when they have turned the game around following a 6-point deficit at the big break. In the thrilling finish in the end, the squad led by Jasmin Repeša from the bench have prevailed, as Norris Cole has scored a game-winner with 4 seconds left on the clock.

The final score was 75:74 in favour of Budućnost VOLI, for which Edwin Jackson led the way in scoring with 18 points, while Norris Cole followed with 17.
