EC: Defeats for Cedevita and Crvena zvezda mts
In the third round of the EuroCup Top 16 stage of the competition, Cedevita and Crvena zvezda mts have suffered Wednesday road defeats to Unics and Valencia, respectively. On Tuesday, Partizan NIS were defeated by AS Monaco.

On the road far away from home in Kazan, Cedevita have suffered their third defeat of the EuroCup Top 16, as they have been heavily defeated by Unics. The hosts took control of the game early, as they went up by 9 points in the opening half (47:38). In the second half they have continued to grind and have been increasing their advantage all until the final score of 105:70. Andrija Stipanović topped the list of scorers for Cedevita with 16 points and Justin Cobbs added 15.
In Valencia, Crvena zvezda mts have been defeated by the hosts, thanks to the excellent performance by the Spanish side especially in the second and third quarter, when they went up by 12 points combined. Ahead of the final quarter, Valencia therefore had 10-point lead and they managed to stick to it until the end of the game. The final score was 92:76 for Valencia. For Crvena zvezda mts, Joe Ragland scored 21 points, while Billy Baron had 11.
On Tuesday, Partizan NIS suffered a home defeat against AS Monaco.
