WC: Serbia stronger than Italy

In their third game at the 2019 FIBA World Cup, Serbia have beaten Italy and maintained their perfect record at this year’s big event.

Serbia are staying 100% at the 2019 FIBA World Cup after prevailing over Italy in the derby game of the 3rd round in Group D. The squad, led by Aleksandar Đorđević from the bench, were up by 8 points already by halftime, but they have really outgunned their opponents in the second half.

After 30 minutes of the game, the margin between the two sides was 13 points and and the end of the game, it was no less than 15 points (77:92).

Bogdan Bogdanović was the top scorer of Serbia with 31 points, while Nikola Jokić scored 15.
