With new head coach and plenty of new players Igokea hope that they might make something big in the new season.

2019/20 Igokea

Igokea is one of the teams that have made many changes over the summer. The fact that they finished the last season at the 8th place, with just 2 wins above the relegation zone, forced the club management to start the new project. With the new head coach and plenty of new players.

Only 5 players from the last season’s roster has remained in the team. Those are Sava Lešić, Darko Talić, Marko Luković, Đorđe Milošević and the wonderkid Dalibor Ilić.

At the same time, the club decided to sign no less than 9 new players. Aleksandar Cvetković (Breogan), Marko Tomas (Gaziantep), Dennis Clifford (Alba Berlin), Vaidas Kariniauskas (Kymis), Keenan Evans (Delaware Blue Coats), Rashad Vaughn (Delaware Blue Coats), Đorđe Simeunović (OKK Beograd), Srđan Kočić (Budućnost VOLI) and Oliver Stević (MoraBanc Andorra) have all joined Igokea during this summer.

At the first glance this is quite a strong roster, but do not forget that the new players will need time to get to know each other and to create good team chemistry. That is why no one truly knows what to expect from this Igokea’s team at the start of the new season.

The opening games should tell how far they can go in the 2019/20 ABA League season.
