PRESEASON: Win for Zadar, defeat for Cibona
On Wednesday night, ABA League squads of Cibona and Zadar stepped on courts and while Zadar were better than Khimki, Cibona suffered a defeat by Anwil.

Zadar have started their campaign at the hometown Zadar Basketball Tournament with a big win over Khimki of Moscow. The Dalmatians have prevailed especially thanks to their excellent first half performance when they went up by 6 points and then managed to protect their advantage in the second half. The final score of the clash is 90:82. For Zadar, Bryon Allen had 22 points, while Ivan Siriščević and Ive Ivanov contributed 12 apiece.
At the tournament in Poland, Cibona have suffered a defeat in their opening game against Anwil. The Polish side have gone up by 10 points in the opening half, Cibona tied the game after 30 minutes, but in the last quarter, Anwil finally prevailed. For Cibona, Shane Gibson scored 21 points. Roberto Kovač and Ivan Novačić had 14.
