This was not a successful EuroCup night for ABA League teams, as both Cedevita Olimpija and Budućnost VOLI suffered defeats.

Cedevita Olimpija were defeated by Darussafaka Tefken in a thrilling match. The visitors were up by 2 points – 73:75 - when Cedevita Olimpija captain Jaka Blažić made the defensive rebound on 45 seconds before the end. Blažič rushed toward the opposite side of the court, trying to score easy points in fastbreak, however he ran into the player of Darussafaka and made an offensive foul. After that the Turkish side scored 4 points in a row and seized a valuable win – 73:79.

Budućnost VOLI faced Unicaja Malaga on the road and suffered defeat. The Blue team made a good start by making a 7-point lead in the opening quarter, however Unicaja responded by scoring 30 points in the 2nd quarter taking over the lead in the process.
