ABA League Round 21, Monday, 9.3.2020:

PARTIZAN NIS - MEGA BEMAX

Where? Štark Arena, Belgrade

Where? 21:00

Story of the game: Partizan NIS will host Mega Bemax in the last game of Round 21. Although the the two teams are on totally opposite sides of the standings, this match is quite important for each of them.

Partizan NIS are holding the top spot on the table, with one win more than the 2nd placed Budućnost VOLI have at this moment. The math is quite simple for the black & whites – they need to win in both of their remaining two games in the regular season to seal the 1st place ahead of the 2020 ABA Playoffs.

On the other side, Mega Bemax is currently sitting on the 11th place on the standings, with 1 win more than the last placed Zadar have. The Pink troops are doing everything they can to move away from the relegation zone, while if they win in the both of their remaining two games they will definitely secure the ABA League status for the next season.

It is also worth mentioning that Partizan NIS have won the last 7 games against Mega Bemax in the regional league.

Match-up in focus: William Mosley (Partizan NIS) vs. Marko Simonović (Mega Bemax). William Mosley is one of the best defenders in the championship, while in the upcoming match he will have to guard the league’s 5th best scorer – Marko Simonović. We are definitely looking forward to watch this duel.

Head to head in the regional league: In total 11:2; At Partizan NIS home court 5:1.
