#ABAMemories: Rok Stipčević's 8 three-pointers in the quarter-finals

On March 27, 2008, Rok Stipčević (Zadar) set the all-time #ABALiga Playoffs & Final Tournaments record for most 3-pointers scored in a single game by one player.
Stipčević scored 8 three-pointers out of 12 attempts in Game 2 of the 2008 ABA Quarter-Finals against FMP. He finished the match with 31 points (2/3 FG2, 8/12 FG3, 3/5 FT) and was by far the top scorer of the game, however his Zadar still suffered an overtime defeat.
What is also interesting to mention is that only 6 players of Zadar scored points in this match: Stipčević 31, Brewer 23, Johnson 21, Gečevski 8, Štimac, Barać 3. On the other side, the top scorer of FMP was Dragan Labović with 17 points.
Despite losing this game, Zadar still managed to win the decisive Game 3 and to advance to the 2008 ABA Final Tournament.
