On April 3, 2003, Michael scored the legendary 3-pointer in the dying seconds of the 4th quarter to win the game for Zadar against Crvena zvezda in the the 2003 ABA League Semi-Finals - 78:77.

On April 3, 2003, Michael scored the legendary 3-pointer in the dying seconds of the 4th quarter to win the game for Zadar against Crvena zvezda in the the 2003 ABA League Semi-Finals - 78:77.
Meeks has instantly became the hero among the club's fans, while Zadar went on to win the championship in that season as they defeated Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Final - 91:88.
Zadar's head coach back then was... their current head coach Danijel Jusup!
