Game recap: Karpoš Sokoli are continuing with convincing displays at their home court of Boris Trajkovski Arena, Skopje. Their fourth victim in a row were the team of Krka, which have lost the control of the battle for a new pair of points as early as in first half, when the hosts pulled away to a 14-point lead. This is the fourth win in a row at home court for the Falcons, while Krka have found themselves in a 6-game losing streak. Dejan Mihevc's squad are now only a win away from the very bottom of the standings with 5 triumphs made, one more than Karpoš Sokoli and 2 other teams that are sharing the bottom position with them.

Key moments: Thigs were looking bad for Krka at the break, when Karpoš Sokoli were ahead by 14 points (40:26) and the only thing that could get them out of trouble was an eventual reaction at the beginning of the second half. However, it just did not come up. When the hosts increased the lead to 20 points midway through the third period (53:33), the hopes of the Novo mesto side were blasted away.

Man of the match: Yet again, Zoran Vrkić came up with another brutal performance, even though he suffered a head injury during the game while he performed one of his excellent dunks. He finished the contest with 19 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and just as many steals. He added one block for a game-high valuation of 29, but the most important information is the fact that his team have created themselves a 39 point lead during 34 minutes that he spent on court! He is our man of the match!

Can't trick the stats: Since Karpoš Sokoli were truly better than Krka in every statistical category available, the game could not have ended any other way than a blowout in their favour!
