Game recap: After they have beaten Krka last round, Mornar have made another giant leap towards avoiding relegation from the ABA League, by outplaying Igokea at home in front of full stands of their Topolica sports hall in Bar. The winner was determined already after a few minutes of the game and the fans could calmly enjoy the rest of the attractive game against Igokea – which managed to make their defeat look exceptable in the final minutes. The guests remain with 12 wins on their record and still haven’t secured themselves the final fifth place in the standings, a round before the end of the regular season.

Key moments: Mornar players began the game all fired up, with a 10:0 run in the opening four minutes. They did not calm down in the following period, as they have raised their lead to no less than 17 points by the end of the first quarter, when Lamont Jones put the icing on a cake with unbelievable buzzer-beating 3-pointer. The battle for a pair of points was over at this moment.

Crazy buzzer-beater by Jones:

Man of the match: Just like many times this season, Antabia Waller was the key for the win of Mornar. He led his team in scoring with 15 points (shooting three-pointers 4/6), while coming up with 3 assists, 2 rebounds and an overall valuation of 15.

Can't trick the stats: Mornar were simply inspired this time around when shooting from distance. Their 3-point percentage was 52% (12/23) and this is what paved their way towards a win.
