Six ABA players to begin preparations with Slovenia national team

Slovenian senior national team head coach Igor Kokoškov has cut his preliminary squad of Slovenia senior national team for this summer’s FIBA EuroBasket 2017 down to 19 names. There are six players that have played in the ABA League last season still on it.

Vlatko Čančar (Mega Leks), Žiga Dimec, Matic Rebec (both Krka), Gregor Hrovat (Union Olimpija), Blaž Mahkovic (Igokea) and Žan Mark Šiško (ex Cibona), are the players that have made their leap from the ABA League into the training camp of Slovenia national team.

They are amongst the 19 players that will begin preparations under the guidance of head coach Igor Kokoškov for the FIBA EuroBasket 2017.
