Igokea better than FMP, Partizan prevail over Cibona

Igokea and Partizan NIS were victorious in their preseason games.

Igokea were the better team in the clash against FMP in Topolica Sports Hall in Bar, and Dragan Bajić’s squad have made it clear from the very beginning, when they have won the first quarter by 15 points (28:13) and they did not let go of the lead until the very end. They celebrated the victory with the final score of 71:80. Vuk Radivojević led the way in scoring with 21 points for the winning side. For FMP, Filip Čović put in 18 points. The 2nd game of the day in Topolica Sports Hall was the regional league classic – Partizan NIS vs. Cibona. It was a very close match, while Partizan NIS prevailed at the end - 83:76.

Two players marked this game, one from each side.

Nigel Williams-Goss was just unstoppable, as he scored 30 points for the black & white crew! His overall index rating was 36 this evening.

At the same time, Cleveland Melvin was far the best player of Cibona, as he had 25 points and 17 rebounds! His overall index rating was 40.
