Game recap: Cedevita have re-entered the battle for the top position in the standings, after they have beaten the reigning ABA League champions Crvena zvezda mts at the home court of Dom sportova in Zagreb! They have now tied themselves with the red-and white in the standings, only one victory short of reaching Budućnost VOLI at the first place.

Key moments: The game was decided in the final minutes, after both teams have been in front for several times during the game. Crvena zvezda mts have been in front for the last time until a minute and 12 seconds before the end of the game, when the score was 72:71 in their favour. However, that’s when they started to struggle to score on the offense and Cedevita went on a 6:0 run that decided the winner. When the score was 77:72 with only 18 seconds remaining on the clock, all dilemmas disappeared.

Man of the match: Youngster Džanan Musa has once again demonstrated that he is capable of doing amazing things on court and that he already is a leader of this Cedevita squad. He led them in scoring (17 points), while adding 4 rebounds and 2 steals to his stats for the overall valuation of 19. He is our man of the match.

Can't trick the stats: Crvena zvezda mts have been a better of the two teams in many statistical categories, but they have had no less than 14 turnovers (in comparison to 9 of Cedevita). In such a high-level game, such things are always punished and so were they this time.
