Game recap: Budućnost VOLI will have the home court advantage in the ABA League Semi-finals! This is the most important conclusion from the last game of the regular season, as they have beaten FMP at home in Morača Sports Hall. Budućnost VOLI finished second in the standings with equal number of wins as Cedevita (17), but with better point difference in mutual encounters. On the other side, FMP finished eighth with nine wins collected by the end of the regular season.

Key moments: In the 24th minute of the game, it has still been anybody’s game, as Budućnost VOLI have led 48:44, but… over the next 2 minutes, Nemanja Gordić has scored 5 points and Danilo Nikolić has added a 3-pointer, which was enough for the 8:2 run and a double-digit lead (56:46). This turned out to be a point from which there was no return for Budućnost VOLI.

Man of the match: Nikola Ivanović has again proven himself to be a true leader of Budućnost VOLI, as he led his side to victory with 19 points, 3 assists, 2 steals, 1 rebound and a valuation of 24! He is our man of the match!

Can’t trick the stats: Except for the rebounds, where they were better (25:23), FMP did worse than Budućnost VOLI in every other statistical category. The game could not have ended any different.
