Maik Zirbes back at Crvena zvezda mts
Former black and white center and German international Maik Zirbes is back at Crvena zvezda mts, as he signed the new one-year contract with the red and white.

Maik Zirbes is back where he achieved his greatest career success, as he won five trophies and got recognition as one of the best centers of ABA League and EuroLeague during his two seasons in Belgrade.
After playing for Crvena zvezda mts, Maik spent one season at Maccabi Tel Aviv and moved to Bayern Munich for the next one.
By bringing back the German center, Crvena zvezda mts have gained additional toughness and quality in the paint in a foreign player, that will not need time to adapt to the environment and that knows what wearing the red and white jersey means.

Maik Cirbes se vratio u Crvenu zvezdu mts
Nekadašnji centar Crvene zvezde mts i reprezentativac Nemačke, Maik Cirbes vraća se na Mali Kalemegdan, pošto je sa crveno-belima potpisao jednogodišnji ugovor.
Maik se vraća na mesto svog najvećeg uspeha, jer je tokom dve sezone igranja za Crvenu zvezdu mts osvojio pet trofeja, i stekao status jednog od najboljih centara u Evroligi i ABA ligi.
Nakon nastupa za Crvenu zvezdu mts Maik je odigrao jednu sezonu u Makabiju iz Tel Aviva, dok je prethodnu proveo u Bajernu iz Minhena.
Povratkom nemačkog centra, Crvena zvezda mts je dobila dodatnu čvrstinu i kvalitet u reketu, ali i igrača kome kao strancu neće biti potrebna dodatna adaptacija, i koji zna šta značiti nositi dres crveno-belih.
