Disciplinary sanctions for Partizan NIS and Zadar

Due to the inappropriate behavior of their fans and to the insufficient organization of the ABA League Round 12 game between Partizan NIS and Cedevita, played on December 22, 2018, ABA League Disciplinary Judge Saša Pavličić - Bekić made a decision to fine Partizan NIS by closing the stands for the first next ABA League match in which Partizan NIS will be the host, based on the Articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 7.2, 11, 14, 29.1d, 29.1g and 30.1 of the ABA League Disciplinary Code. Partizan NIS will serve this fine at the ABA League, Round 14 match against Mornar.

Also, as part of the decision made by the ABA League Disciplinary Judge, Partizan NIS will be able to sell tickets for “Bela loža”, “Plava loža”, VIP section and for “Parter 4” and “Parter B” for the ABA League Round 14 match against Mornar.

Due to the inappropriate behavior of their fans and to the insufficient organization of the ABA League Round 12 game between Zadar and FMP, played on December 21, 2018, ABA League Disciplinary Judge Saša Pavličić - Bekić made a decision to fine Zadar by closing part of the stands for the first next ABA League match in which Zadar will be the host, based on the Articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 7.2, 11, 14, 29.2g, 29.1h and 30.2 of the ABA League Disciplinary Code. Zadar will serve this fine at the ABA League Round 14 match against Petrol Olimpija.
