Jasmin Repeša is the new head coach of Budućnosti VOLI

The reigning ABA League champions announced the name of their new head coach.

Now, it is official! Budućnost VOLI have appointed Jasmin Repeša as the new head coach.

Repeša will replace Aleksandar Džikić, who parted ways with the reigning ABA League champions couple of days ago.

Jasmin Repeša is a well known basketball coach, who worked in many famous European clubs. He spent most of his career in Italy where he coached the country's most popular clubs such are Fortitudo Bologna, Virtus Roma, Benetton Treviso and Emporio Armani Milano. He was also the head coach of Cibona (1995-1997, 2011-2012) and Cedevita (2013-2015) with whom he played in two ABA League Finals.

Apart from working in clubs, Repeša was the head coach of Croatia national team (2005-2009, 2012-2014).

Jasmin Repeša će preuzeti KK Budućnost VOLI!

Samostalnu trenersku karijeru započeo je 1995. u zagrebačkoj Doni odakle prelazi u Cibonu gdje ostaje dvije sezone. Bio je glavni trener turskog Tofaša, Splita, Cibone, Fortituda, Virtus Rome, Beneton. 2013. godine vodio je ekipu Cedevite iz Zagreba.  Nakon toga, Repeša je preuzeo ekipu Olimpije iz Milana, koju je vodio do juna 2017. Osim klubova, Repeša je vodio i Hrvatsku reprezentaciju.

Sada, sredinom 2018-2019. sezone Jasmin Repeša preuzima KK Budućnost VOLI.
