Stefan Pot has proven, throughout the month of February, his dominance at the ABA League courts wherever he has appeared and besides the fact that he finished the month amongst the most efficient players, he deserved himself the award with his contribution to the team's success – as the FMP have beaten Krka and have also been only a step away from upsetting Cedevita on the road in Zagreb.

The excellent guard in the ranks of the Panthers averaged 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals and a valuation of 34.5 during the games of FMP, which puts him on top of the rankings in February in terms of valuation amongst all of the ABA League players convincingly.

“I try to work hard as always, except that my work is starting to pay off now thanks to some good games. I believe in what I am doing and that pushes me on. For sure this has so far been one of the best seasons in my career, even though I believe that I can still make progress physically and to make better decisions in key moments,” Pot commented on his late performances and his personal season so far.

And what about FMP? “It is a great environment for young players to make progress. This was evident throughout the history of this club, so I am glad to be here. We are all making progress together, both as a team and individually,” he believes and then adds some thoughts about the club’s season: “We are all sad for the way we finished the game against Cedevita. We wanted to win, but the triumph slipped out of our hands in the dying seconds. We would have deserved it in case we won. We will try our best to play at this level until the end of the season and to score a couple more wins and to reach as high in the standings as we can.”
