The 2019 ABA Super Cup Bracket is now complete

The 2019 ABA Super Cup, which will take place between 26 and 29 September 2019, will take place in Zagreb and the list of competing teams is now complete. Six best-placed teams of the 2018-19 ABA League Regular Season will be joined by Cibona and Sixt Primorska, which received wild cards.

The 2019 ABA Super Cup will take place in Zagreb in the Dražen Petrović Arena between 26 and 29 September and just like in the past two seasons eight teams will participate in the opening event of the ABA season.

The teams that will be participating at the 2019 ABA Super Cup in Zagreb will be the six best-placed teams of the 2018/19 ABA League season – Crvena zvezda mts, Budućnost VOLI, Cedevita, Partizan NIS, Mega Bemax and FMP and the two teams that will be completing the list will be Cibona as the hosts of the Super Cup tournament and Sixt Primorska, the ABA League 2 champions for the 2018/19 season and the new members of the ABA League.

Since the final standings of the 2018/19 season in accordance with the ABA League Bylaws determine that the first two-placed teams of the season are the Finalists, regardless of the score in the regular season, the pairs of the Quarter-finals of the 2019 ABA Super Cup are the following:

Crvena zvezda mts – Sixt Primorska
Budućnost VOLI – Cibona
Cedevita – FMP
Partizan NIS – Mega Bemax

In previous two seasons Cedevita (2017) and Crvena zvezda mts (2018) became the ABA Super Cup winners.

The ceremony, where the agreement on joint organization of the tournament with Cibona will be signed, will take place on Wednesday, 15.5.2019, at 11:00 in the Dražen Petrović Arena in Zagreb.
