ANGT: Zvezda suffered defeat, Mega will face Real Madrid in the Final

Unfortunately, we won’t have an ABA League final at the 2019 EuroLeague Adidas Next Generation Final Tournament. U18 Crvena zvezda mts suffered defeat in the clash against U18 Real Madrid in the last match of the Group Stage, which means that the Spanish giant will play in the competition final. U18 Real Madrid have scored all 3 wins so far at the tournament, therefore winning the top place in Group B, while U18 Crvena zvezda mts finished just behind at the 2^nd place with the overall score of 2-1.

Still, ABA League will have one team in the 2019 EuroLeague Adidas Next Generation Final and that will be U18 Mega Bemax. The boys from Sremska Mitrovica had secured their ticket for the final even before the last round of the Group Stage, while today they just confirmed their excellent form by beating U18 Zalgiris Kaunas – 75:61. U18 Mega Bemax have won all 3 games in the Group Stage and they now need just one more to become the champions of Europe for the first time in club’s history.

The 2019 EuroLeague Adidas Next Generation Final between U18 Mega Bemax and U18 Real Madrid is scheduled to start on Sunday at 10:00.
