PRESEASON: Victories for Mega, Partizan, Cibona, Krka and Cedevita Olimpija

On Saturday night, Mega Bemax, Partizan NIS, Cibona, Krka and Cedevita Olimpija have achieved victories, while FMP were defeated.

Two ABA League sides have met in the Semi-final of the Cluj tournament. Partizan NIS were the ones that have prevailed over Mornar in a game, where they were in control throughout the 40 minutes. Mornar managed to make their defeat look a bit more decent in the final quarter. In the end, the score was 77:60 in favour of Partizan NIS. For Partizan, Rade Zagorac had 14 points and Corey Walden 12. For Mornar, Antabia Waller had 13 points and Uroš Luković 12.

Mega Bemax have been stronger than the ABA League 2 squad Lovćen 1947 in a preseason game played in Montenegro. Even though Lovćen led by 3 points by halftime, Mega Bemax took control of the clash in the last quarter and won in the end with the score of 85:79. For Mega, Edin Atić led the way in scoring with 18 points, while Filip Stanić added 14.

In Novo mesto, Krka have prevailed over Russian squad Enisey of Krasnoyarsk with the score 90:75, after they have been in front throughout the majority of the game and have succeeded in protecting their lead until the very end. For Krka, Gani Lawal led the way in scoring with 21 points. Luka Lapornik had 17.

Cibona have taken the final third place at the tournament in Gorica, as they have beaten Russian squad Temp Sumz with the score 83:77, after they have led at halftime by 4 points, only to let it go in the third quarter, after which the Russians were ahead by 13 points. However, Cibosi prevailed in the final quarter by 18 points and have grabbed an 83:77 win in the end. For Cibona, Shane Gibson was the top scorer with 16 points. Josip Bilinovac added 13.

FMP have suffered a defeat against Promitheas of Patras. The Greek side were a convincingly better team throughout the entire game and have got away with a 98:68 win at the end of the playing time. For FMP, Thomas scored 17 points and Marko Tejić 15.

At the Desio international tournament, Cedevita Olimpija have faced Vanoli of Cremona in the Semi-final and thanks to their strong second-half performance, they have got away with an 89:77 win following a 2-point lead at the big break. For the Ljubljana squad, Jaka Blažič led the way in scoring with 20 points, while Andrija Stipanović put in 13.
