EC: Second win for Partizan NIS

Partizan NIS have beaten Tofas in the second round of the EuroCup Regular Season and keep their perfect record in this European competition.

After two rounds played, Partizan NIS are still undefeated in the EuroCup this season. After beating Reyer Venice last round, they have now knocked down Tofas of Bursa at home in Štark Arena, Belgrade.

The black and white squad haven’t really started the game the way they have desired, as they were down by 12 points after the opening quarter (27:15). However, they have managed to bounce back in the remainder of the game and after a major comeback, they have celebrated a win in the end with the final score of 93:80.

For the team, led from the bench by head coach Andrea Trinchieri, Rade Zagorac led the way in scoring with 26 points, while Novica Veličković was the one to follow him, by scoring 15.

Budućnost VOLI and Cedevita Olimpija will step on court on Wednesday night.
