Dragan Apić pens a 2-year deal with Igokea

One of the best players of the 2018/19 ABA League regular season has returned to the regional league!

Igokea have completed a major transfer as they signed a 2-year deal with 24-year old big guy Dragan Apić!

Apić was one of the ABA League’s best players in the 2018/19 season. Back then, Apić played for FMP and he averaged 21.3 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game, while he was leading the season MVP race with the average index rating of 29.5.

Apić left FMP after Round 15 of the 2018/19 ABA League season to join Russian powerhouse Lokomotiv Kuban. He spent one year in the Russian team before going on a loan to Spanish side San Pablo Burgos in January 2020. Apić helped San Pablo Burgos to reach the semi-finals of the 2019/20 Spanish Championship.

Igokea will be the 6th club for Apić in his basketball journey. He started his pro career in Vršac in 2012, while after that he played for Crvena zvezda mts, FMP, Lokomotiv Kuban and San Pablo Burgos.

Dragan Apić je novi član Igokee!

Dragan Apić (Novi Sad, 3.10.1995.) je srpski košarkaš visok 206 cm. Prošlu sezonu završio je u Endesa ligi igrajući za ekipu San Pablo Burgos kao pozajmljen igrač Lokomotive Kubanj.

karijeri je nastupao za Hemofarm, Crvenu zvezdu, FMP, a odatle je otišao u Lokomotivu Kubanj. Na Evropskom prvenstvu do 20 godina, koje je održano 2015. godine u Italiji osvojio je zlatnu medalju sa reprezentacijom Srbije.

Ugovor je potpisan na dvije godine.
