Tajfun have outplayed Krka in the second half of their home game in Golovec hall, celebrated their second victory of the season and blown away Krka's ambitions of revenge for the Supercup defeat.

Game recap: Despite their sleepy start of the game, Tajfun have managed to overpower Krka in the third round and achieve their second win of the season. In the second half, they have completely stopped Krka's offense and celebrated a well deserved victory.
Key moments: One could not expect, when looking at the final score, that 2 minutes before half time Krka was up by 7 points (27:20). However, that's when Tajfun's show began. By the half time, the players led by Dejan Mihevc made an 8:2 run to cut the deficit to only a point at the break. With a 16:2 run at the beginning of the second half, they just concluded what happened earlier and Krka's hopes were over.
Man of the match: Center Emir Zimić was not the top scorer of Tajfun, but his presence in the paint made Krka's big men desperate. His double double performance (11+11) was enough to earn himself the man of the match honour.
Can't trick the stats: As mentioned earlier, Tajfun capitalized on their dominance on the glass. They have outrebounded Krka with 34:22 and this was the key to their celebration.
