Game recap: From 1-1 to 7-1! Budućnost VOLI are on a big run and they are not planning to stop. The latest win against Metalac Farmakom was the 6th in a row for the team led by Igor Jovović and therefore the boys in blue will spend another week all alone at the top of the ABA League. There isn"t much to tell about this game. Only the first quarter was close, while then players of Budućnost VOLI started with long-range fire... The margin started increasing, while Metalac Farmakom could find the solution to change the flow of the game.
Key moments: Very important thing happened in the last seconds of the first half. It was 47:40 for Budućnost VOLI, while then Omar Cook scored a three-pointer at the buzzer and brought a double-digit lead to his team - 50:40. Home side definitely broke their rivals at the beginning of the third quarter when they made 14:3 run and escaped to 64:43.
Man of the match: Despite he was not the top scorer nor he had the biggest index rating, Omar Cook deserved the MVP award. American point guard was perfectly organizing gameplay of Budućnost VOLI and he was a true creator of this win.
