Story of the game: Only two wins out of eight games... Certainly not enough for a club such as Partizan NIS. On top of this awful overall score came quite painful defeat against Crvena zvezda Telekom in the previous round. Still, there are also some good news for the fans of the black and whites. Their team have got two significant additions to the roster recently - Kevin Jones made debut in ABA League last week and showed that he has quality, while Mihajlo Andrić finally returned on the court after an injury. With two of them, Partizan NIS are definitely able to confront any team in the league, including the leader - Budućnost VOLI.
Team from Podgorica are in fantastic form. After all, their current score says it all - 7 wins and only 1 defeat. Also, they raised the team morale even more last week by defeating mighty UNICS Kazan in Eurocup, so they are coming to Belgrade in high spirits. Budućnost VOLI have two wins in a row against Partizan NIS and they hope to continue with this run.
Match-up in focus: We mentioned Kevin Jones earlier in the text. American power forward is able to score from long range which gives a lot more options in offense for Partizan NIS. But, so as Tadija Dragićević, the second best scorer of Budućnost VOLI. Jones is stronger, Dragićević is faster and has better technique.
