Game recap: At home in Morača, Budućnost VOLI have cracked MZT Skopje Aerodrom during the third quarter and have managed to return to the winning track following their last round slip in Belgrade against Partizan NIS. This is the second loss in a row for MZT, but head coach Aleš Pipan should not have too many worries, as his team have fallen against no other than two league's frontrunners.
Key moments: After a neven first half, Budućnost VOLI managed to pull away in the third period of the game. Between 24th and 26th minutes of the game, they managed to create themselves a 9:0 run and to get in front by a double digit number of points (40:30). From this point on, their lead was never endangered until the end of the game.
Man of the match: Tadija Dragićević dominated the Morača court with 19 points (50% for both 2 and 3 points from the field), 2 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal. The man, for which the defense of MZT Skopje Aerodrom just could not find a solution, left the court with the highest individual valuation of all players and became the man of the match.
Can"t trick the stats: Budućnost VOLI have once again proven the importance of teamwork in order to obtain success. Even though they were the weaker of two opponents on the glass and did not shine in shooting percentage, they quite easily beat the opponent thanks to their 15 assists (7 of them delivered by Omar Cook).
