Simonović with Zvezda until the end of the seaso

Crvena Zvezda Telekom senior team member and a member of Serbia senior national team Marko Simonović has extended the contract with the Beglrade side until the end of the season.

Experienced forward has returned into the red and white ranks at the beginning of the season, when he signed a two-month agreement in a moment when the team suffered from numerous injuries.

Since then, with his efficiency and attitude on court, he helped his team a lot and has demonstrated that the team, head coach Dejan Radonjić and the entire club, can rely on his great experience and quality.

In the meantime, the game against Bayern in Munich was 150th game in the Crvena Zvezda Telekom jersey. During the 2013-14 season, Marko Simonović used to be the captain of Crvena zvezda Telekom, with which he won the Serbian national cup trophy. With Serbia national team he won the silver medal at the 2014 Spain World Cup and fourth place at the EuroBasket tournament in France this summer.

This season he has been averaging 7.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in the ABA League.

Simonović Zvezdin do kraja sezone

Prvotimac Crvene zvezde Telekom i reprezentativac Srbije, Marko Simonović produžio je ugovor sa klubom do kraja sezone.

Iskusni krini košarkaš, vratio se među crveno-bele na početku sezone, kada je potpisao ugovor na dva meseca, u trenutku kada je ekipa bila desetkovana povredama.

U međuvremenu svojim učinkom i ponašanjem na terenu, puno je pomogao crveno-belima, i pokazao da tim, trener Dejan Radonjić, i ceo klub, mogu da se oslone na njegovo veliko iskustvo i kvalitet.

U međuvremenu, utakmica protiv Bajerna u Minhenu bila je njegova 150. utakmica u dresu Crvene zvezde.

Marko Simovoić tokom takmičarske sezone 2013-2014. bio je kapiten Crvene zvezde, sa kojom je osvojio i nacionalni kup Srbije.

Sa reprezentacijom Srbije osvojio je srebrnu medalju na SP u španiji, i četvrto mesto na EP u Francuskoj prethodnog leta.
