Game recap: It was another super exciting game in Valjevo. Metalac Farmakom was just a step away from making a big upset in the match against Cedevita, but at the end the hosts got beaten by their own weapon - 3pts shot. Metalac Farmakom scored 13 three-pointers on this game! 13! However, the most important one came from the other side. Jacob Pullen made it on 20 seconds before the end and decided the winner.
Key moments: Cedevita made important 10:0 run in the last quarter and came back from 67:73 to take over the lead at 77:73... But, eventually that last minute of the game was decisive and quite spectacular. Firstly, Dušan Kutlešić made a buzzer-beating 3pts shot for 77:76, while then Marko Jošilo made even more difficult three-pointer as the ball bounced off the board and went through the basket - 79:77 for Metalac Farmakom! Still, in the very next play, Jacob Pullen scored the crucial three-pointer for Cedevita, putting his team in front again - 80:79. Metalac Farmakom had the last possession, but Marko Jošilo missed a difficult lay-up, while Boris Bakić could not score from offensive rebound... Jacob Pullen grabbed the ball on one second before the end and then made the final score from a free-throw line.
Man of the match: Miro Bilan was the top scorer in Cedevita and he got the highest index rating - 22. But, the truth is that Jacob Pullen eventually brought this win to Cedevita single-handedly with that three-pointer in the last moments of the game.
Can't trick the stats: Interesting enough, Cedevita lost the battle for rebounds, but they had a lot more steals! The away squad had 10 of them, Metalac Farmakom only 5. Those easy points made difference at the end.
