Story of the game: These were not good two weeks for Zadar. After losing in Nikšić against Sutjeska, team coached by Ante Nazor then suffered a painful defeat in a derby match vs. Cibona. Still, the while and blue crew are still sharing the 5th spot on the standings and they are only two wins away from the 4th placed Mega Leks. The race for the Playoffs is still on, and Zadar will try to make an important step forward on Saturday evening.
Krka are just one win bellow Zadar, but with a slightly worse form. Team from Novo mesto suffered 4 defeats in the last 5 rounds of ABA League. Still, they did write down a win in the FIBA Europe Cup last week and raised the morale among the players. We will see if that is enough to start the things going in ABA League as well.
