Story of the game: Cibona and Metalac Farmakom are currently in the fierce battle to avoid relegation, which comes with one of the two last spots in the standings at the end of the season. However, due to the fact that both of the teams have raised the level of performances and have celebrated two times each during their last three games.
Metalac Farmakom are travelling to Zagreb after a home win over Sutjeska, while Cibona have taken two points back home with them from Ljubljana, where they have got their revenge for the fourth round defeat over Union Olimpija.
Cibona will play this game without recently departed Dominik Mavra, while the same goes for Nikola Malešević on Metalac Farmakom side.
Match-up in focus: After a long absence Đorđe Majstorović has returned to court for Metalac Farmakom in the previous round. He did not make an extraordinary contribution, but it is expected to rise as time passes on and Cibona game will be the next opportunity to do so. It will, however, not be an easy task, since Cibona has a great added value at the center position in young, but fearless Ante Žižić.
