Game recap: Have Budućnost VOLI already secured the pole position before the Playoffs? Well, not yet, as there are still a lot to be played in the regular season, but if the Blue squad continue to play like this then they will definitely clinch the top spot on the standings. Budućnost VOLI looked unstoppable against Cedevita in the big derby of the 19th round. They were perfect in defense and simply cruel in offense. From the very first minute it was a one-sided match, while the winner was decided already in the first half…
Key moments: 50:18!!! That was the score after the first half!!! Budućnost VOLI dominated in every single element of the game and therefore gained this stunning lead after only 20 minutes. Cedevita managed only to reduce the margin a bit until the end.
Man of the match: Tadija Dragićević destroyed Cedevita defense. Experienced power forward scored 23 points with some fantastic shooting percentage - 5/8 for 2pts, 2/3 for 3pts, 7/8 from FT. His overall index rating was 28.
Can"t trick the stats: Budućnost VOLI had more rebunds than Cedevita, more asists than Cedevita, more steals than Cedevita... On top of that the home side had an awful shooting night.
