Story of the game: Budućnost VOLI have a chance to make quite extraordinary achievement. They can "make the full circle", or in other words - they can beat all 13 opponents in ABA League in a row!!! Podgorica side suffered their last defeat two and a half months ago in Belgrade, in the clash against Partizan NIS... Since then, the Blue squad have written down 12 consecutive wins, while now they are about to play against the only team they haven't beaten so far in the season - Partizan NIS.
But, the visitors are also in very good form. They scored three wins in a row, while the last one was pretty impressive as they managed to down the reigning champions - Crvena zvezda Telekom. Partizan NIS are still in danger when it comes to relegation, so they are coming to Podgorica fully motivated to make perhaps the crucial step toward staying in the ABA League.
