Game recap: Krka have won their first game after five defeats in a row and have ended their losing streak with style - with a major comeback after already trailing by 13 points in as early as the first quarter. This puts Krka two wins above the currently last placed Sutjeska and Tajfun and brings them a bit of relief while escaping the most dangerous zone. They are now tied with Igosi in the standings with 9 wins on both sides.
Key moments: Igokea opened the game strongly and Dragan Bajić"s squad were in front by 13 points (22:9) already by 8th minute. Krka did fight back and managed to cut the deficit to one digit in the first half, but never really managed to threaten the guests. When Vuk Radivojević set the final score of the first half (41:27) with a three pointer many thought that the story is finished. But, the home side didn"t agree. They went on a 12:1 run immediately in the opening 6 minutes of the second half and continued strongly all until the end… when they celebrated a double digit victory over the Aleksandrovac guests.
Man of the match: With his fantastic double-double performance, Luka Lapornik of Krka earned himself the man of the match honour. He led his team towards the victory with 16 points, 10 rebounds and 2 steals, which was enough for his valuation of 26 in the end.
