Maik Zirbes spent 21 minutes on the court against Sutjeska and he dominated the court. He scored just as many points and completed a double-double by adding 10 rebounds to his stats. With additional 2 blocks, he achieved the valuation of 34, which is the highest valuation amongst all players in the ABA League Round 24.
Since his performance steered Crvena zvezda Telekom to a convincing victory against Sutjeska at home court in Pionir Hall, which is exceptionally important in their battle to avoid relegation, there was no dilemma left - Maik Zirbes is the MVP of the 24th round of the regional competition.
