Zadar and Cedevita in Croatian National Cup final

Zadar will face Cedevita in Croatian National Cup semi-finals. In Slovenia, the semi-final pairs are determined now. Zlatorog will face Lastovka and Krka will play against Tajfun.

In Slovenia, a big upset happened, as Union Olimpija got eliminated already in the quarter-finals after losing for the second time in 2 games to Zlatorog, led by their former head coach Aleš Pipan. Tajfun lost to šenčur, but due to their high victory in the first game, they advanced to semi-finals. Krka was better than Helios Suns for the second time in two games. The semi-final pairs in Slovenia are Krka - Tajfun and Zlatorog - Lastovka.

In Croatia, the semi-final games of the final four tournament were played and after Cedevita have cracked the resistance of Kvarner 2010 late in the game and advanced to the final, Zadar were the ones that joined them in the gold medal game. The home side from Višnjik outplayed Cibona in the final period of the game, turned it around and advanced to the final.
