Cedevita suffered their 5th defeat in a row in the Euroleague TOP 16 stage. In a very exciting game in Zagreb, the boys coached by Veljko Mršić got defeated by Darussafaka after a thrilling ending.
The hero of the game was Scottie Wilbekin. American point guard scored 5 key points in the last minute and decided the winner. He firstly completed a 2+1 action for 75:79, on the other end Jacob Pullen managed to reduce the margin to 77:79, but Wilbekin then made a 2pts jumper and returned Darussafaka on +4 (77:81).
There were less than 30 seconds on the clock, Cedevita failed to score, while Milko Bjelica put an end on this game with a fast-break jumper - 77:83. Darussafaka picked up a valuable road win in Zagreb.
