There were no major upset in Greece. Panathinaikos showed that they are at the moment just too strong for Cedevita, but the boys coached by Veljko Mršić should not be too disappointed despite the loss. They were quite good in the clash against one of the best teams in Europe.
Cedevita even had a chance to make a stunning comeback in the forth quarter, when they reduced the margin to 9 points. However, Panathinaikos scored some important shots in key moments and stayed in front.
